Hello! My name is Jesse and I am a Licensed independent Social Worker and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor in the state of Ohio. During the day, I am a behavioral health supervisor for a residential mental health and substance use facility in the Cleveland area. I bring extensive experience working in both residential and outpatient settings for adults facing mental health and substance use challenges. My approach to therapy is person-centered, with a focus on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
I specialize in supporting individuals through addiction recovery, managing mood and personality disorders, and navigating life transitions, anxiety, and depression. My practice is both BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ affirming, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all. I am committed to empowering my clients by providing a space where they can explore their challenges and work towards meaningful change. I believe that therapy is a journey, with many different twists and paths that can lead us to a greater enlightenment, as well as a greater understanding of ourselves and the world around us.
In my free time I enjoy being able to spend time outside, taking my two Pembroke Welsh Corgis for walks. I also enjoy the local food scene in Cleveland and can often be found at the nearest coffee shop scrolling through TikToks and social media, or down near the West Side Market shopping and enjoying time with friends. When I am not out and about I enjoy a quiet night at home, typically with some reality television playing in the background.

Hi! I am Olivia Goza and I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I am thrilled to become a part of the Ebb & Flow counseling team and community. I am happy you are here, however you got here. Asking for help can be the most challenging part, but we all need some extra support from time to time. Being vulnerable can feel scary, so my goal is to always provide a safe and welcoming space that makes it easy to return to.
We all have individual needs and goals, and my approach is to help you identify and recognize what yours are. You are the expert of your life, I am just here to assist you! It is easy to focus on our deficits and the things going wrong in life, so I aim to utilize a strengths-based approach to help you recognize your resiliency, encourage hope, and empower you for your future. I have experience working with individuals struggling with substance use disorders (personally & within their families), posttraumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, and panic disorder. I utilize evidence-based practices from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness and Meditation. Once we get to know each other, we will find an approach that works best for you!
I am a huge proponent of self-care. In my free time you can find me enjoying the outdoors, exercising, cooking in the kitchen, or finding a new restaurant to try! Research states the therapeutic relationship is one of the strongest predictors of successful treatment, I hope we can be a good fit!

Hi! I’m Christina Washburne, and I’m a licensed therapist here at Ebb & Flow. I have been in the mental health field for about 10 years now, and my main goal as a therapist is to provide clients with a safe, non-judgmental space to process their pain, grief, and trauma. I have experience helping people learn to navigate a variety of issues, some of which include Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar/Depressive Disorders, PTSD, codependency, relational conflict, as well as helping individuals and their loved ones navigate a path to recovery from addiction. I also enjoy working with other helpers and caregivers to manage/prevent burnout, set boundaries, and gain balance in their lives.
A trauma-informed approach is vital to the work we do. I enjoy helping people cultivate a greater sense of wellness and connection to their body through breathing, grounding techniques and other emotional regulation tools. Whether you are healing from complex trauma or you are striving to feel more connected to your sense of identity and purpose, I would love to share these tools with you.
A collaborative, client-centered approach is very important to me as we work together to help you set and reach your personal goals. I integrate elements of various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, among other evidenced based practices. However, you are the expert of your body and your experience, so I also believe that therapy needs to be used in conjunction with and in the context of what is important to you – from exercise, creativity, faith/spirituality, and the great outdoors – to achieve holistic wellness. Honoring your background, culture, hobbies, and beliefs are a top priority for me.
In my spare time, I enjoy yoga, rock climbing, and traveling to new places. I love spending quality time with family and friends, but I’m also perfectly content to curl up with a good book, my cat, and a cup of coffee. I value balance, self-care, and healthy boundaries, and I enjoy helping others do the same.
At this time, I am not accepting new client appointments. Please visit Our Team page for a list of other fabulous clinicians that are accepting new clients at this time.
